Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
